La dueña o encargada nunca está en la casa y no hay quien mantenga el lugar con lo mínimo indispensable como agua o limpieza de áreas comunes. Hay muchas otras opciones muy buenas en toda la zona, por lo que realmente recomiendo nunca quedarse aquí.
The worst place to stay in Punta Zicatela. The owner or manager is never in the house and there is no one who maintains the place with the bare minimum such as water or cleaning of common areas. There are many other great options throughout the area, so I really recommend never staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ubicación y comunicación es perfecta pero las instalaciones y la limpieza dejan mucho que desear.
Los baños son muy viejos, la ducha no tiene presión (no hay agua caliente), hay muchas hormigas e insectos, no están aislados.
Las habitaciones nos son muy cómodas, hay mucho polvo sobre los ventiladores. Las sábanas y colchones parecen muy viejos.
Las instalaciones comunes, no están mal pero están lejos de ser perfectas.
The location and communication is perfect but the facilities and cleanliness leave much to be desired.
The bathrooms are very old, the shower has no pressure (no hot water), there are many ants and insects, they are not isolated.
The rooms are not very comfortable, there is a lot of dust on the fans. The sheets and mattresses seem very old.
Common facilities are not bad but far from perfect.
