Ubicada en el camino Barra Vieja en Acapulco Guerrero, la residencia está asentada sobre la playa, presentando un frente amplio hacia el mar, lo cual favorece al buen clima interior, así como una espectacular vista del mar y el horizonte.Funcionalmente, la casa es maravillosa, ya que cuenta con estacionamiento para siete automóviles completamente techados, el acceso principal a la casa es por medio de una rotonda acompañada de jardines exuberantes.
Marcando el acceso a la propiedad encontramos una cascada de piedras en la fachada.
