Los rellenos son excelentes, el mejor paste de papa, sin duda. Si no llegan temprano, ya se van agotando los más populares, como el de zarzamora con queso. Esa es una buena señal.
I think that from the time I have lived in Real del Monte, until now they are the best pastes in the whole town. The dough is spectacular, soft but well baked, just like the original recipe. Historia del paste... No era comida de mineros, lo trajeron los ingleses (ingenieros) 2 generación. Nos platican que en aproximado en 1956 es cuando se inicia la venta. De aquí salieron siendo la matriz de este delicioso platillo.
Ahí les dejo los precios super accesibles.
