Casa Tibet México es la única institución en el país que funciona con la guía del Dalai Lama desde hace más de 25 años y bajo la dirección de Marco Antonio Karam, un extraordinario e impecable maestro. El ambiente en este lugar es maravilloso de tan pacífico, además acá también su Comité de Grabaciones cuenta con el más grande acervo en América Latina, de enseñanzas de grandes maestros y Lamas grabadas en audio y video, disponibles para el público en general. Cada 6 meses imparten un curso de Introducción al Budismo, en el que aprendes a meditar. Igual también puedes hacerte alumn@ regular, ya que aquí hay clases y meditaciones guiadas toda la semana.
It is the best place to learn how to meditate and know seriously about Buddhism. Casa Tibet México is the only institution in the country that works with the guidance of the Dalai Lama for more than 25 years and under the direction of Marco Antonio Karam, an extraordinary and impeccable teacher. The atmosphere in this place is wonderful, so peaceful, and here also its Recordings Committee has the largest collection in Latin America, of teachings of great masters and Lamas recorded in audio and video, available to the general public. Every 6 months they teach an Introduction to Buddhism course, in which you learn to meditate. You can also become a regular @ student, since here there are guided classes and meditations all week.
