Reserve mi estancia de domingo a miércoles, cuando llegue, note que la gente que trabaja en el lugar no traía cubrebocas. Cuando me atendió la señora Guillermina(encargada del lugar) muy amablemente le pregunté cuáles eran las medidas sanitarias que estaban tomando contra el COVID, a lo cual, muy molesta y de mal modo responde “agua caliente y cloro”. No me parece que mi pregunta estuviera fuera de lugar, como cliente, quería saber que medidas tenían. Después de esto, su trato fue grosero con comentarios como “Si no les parece, hay más hoteles en San Miguel”
Pésimo servicio
Terrible service!
Book my stay from Sunday to Wednesday, when I arrive, notice that the people who work at the place did not bring face masks. When Mrs. Guillermina (manager of the place) attended to me, I very kindly asked her what were the sanitary measures they were taking against COVID, to which, very annoying and in a bad way, she responds "hot water and chlorine." I do not think that my question was out of place, as a customer, I wanted to know what measurements they had. After this, his treatment was rude with comments such as "If you don't think so, there are more hotels in San Miguel"

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the service is very good and it is close to the mega. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My agusto el cuarto. Un poco apretado el baño considerando un cuarto para 4 personas. El desayuno agusto y bien pero no me pareció maravilloso. Tal vez si fuera una barra de desayuno con un poco más de opciones sería mejor. Fuera de eso excelente atención las camas muy cómodas y bastante cerca del centro
I liked the room. The bathroom is a bit cramped considering a room for 4 people. The breakfast was nice and good, but I didn't think it was wonderful. Maybe if it was a breakfast bar with a little more options it would be better. Apart from that, excellent attention, very comfortable beds and quite close to the center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose Casa Toscana because of 1- The reviews and 2- the price and I'm so happy we did. We booked a 6 night stay for our honeymoon and on our first night in our flight flew in extremely late. We were worried seeing as we wouldn't be arriving until almost 3am! Much to our surprise the owner was there and greeted us with a warm smile and welcome. He even parked our car for us in the garage. The moment we walked in we were met with such a beautiful site of the common area. When we made it to our room it was clean, spacious, and perfect. Once we woke we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with the best dang coffee, fresh fruit, juice, chilaquiles and more. The staff was amazing and so attentive. Our room was freshened up daily for us. Safety was one of our concerns when staying in SMA but Casa Toscana put our minds at ease the front entry is always locked, our car was tucked away in a secure garage and someone is always at the entrance. We cannot say how much we enjoyed our stay here and we will DEFINITELY be visiting again in the future ?
