★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena y cortés. La casa es preciosa y está muy bien decorada. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas y poco equipadas, pero es lo normal en estos lugares. Está cerca del centro y atienden muy bien.
The attention is very good and courteous. The house is beautiful and very well decorated. The rooms are a bit small and poorly equipped, but it is normal in these places. It is near the center and they serve very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Würde auch mehr Sterne vergeben. :) Hinter einer unscheinbarer Fassade verbirgt sich ein exzellentes, schickes und gepflegtes Hotel mit außerordentlich sympathischen und bemühten Eigentümern und Mitarbeitern. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ich kann es nur mehr als empfehlen!
Would also award more stars. :) Behind a nondescript façade hides an excellent, chic and well maintained hotel with exceptionally sympathetic and eager owners and staff. We stayed 2 nights and loved it. I can only recommend it more than!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed so much staying in that place ! The owner, Flore is soooo nice and attentive ! Moreover she speaks very well english! The hacienda is stunning ! You feel at home ! There is a swimming pool, if you want to laze and relax! This is the perfect place ! Go over there, you won't be disappointed !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed four nights and it is definitely a hidden oasis right in the center of Merida. You can reach all sights on foot and the owner Flore and her housekeeper Daniel are super nice and make you feel home. Maybe the room is a little small but very clean and as we spent most of the time outside of the house or on the pool, it was totally fine for us. All in all, we can highly recommend this beautiful place including the very caring persons. Hope to see them soon again!
