★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar opera por hospedarse y también se renta de manera total para eventos privados( bodas, etc). La rentamos en su totalidad por varias noches . La propiedad es grande y tiene una excelente vista al mar y acceso propio a la playa. Tiene 4 torres separadas una de otra. Parece que el dueñ@ vive ahí mismo. La mayoría de las habitaciones muy mal planeadas, los baños muy incómodos. Las televisiones no funcionan bien. El ruido constante de las bombas de agua no dejan dormir. Escaleras de acceso a habitaciones todas disparejas. En algunas habitaciones hay pisos de loseta y otras solo piso pulido de concreto. Todo de calidad tipo vivienda de interés social, llegando a la austeridad total. Los muebles de jardines y playa lucen desgastados y maltratados. En general se percibe que se le dio autonomía a los maestros albañiles y/o el dueño tuvo alguna idea de cómo debería quedar sin nunca consultar con ningún profesional para su diseño y construcción.
Se contrató principalmente por las fotografías que se publican pero la realidad es que deja mucho que desear si la intención es quedarse a dormir y pasar unos día de descanso.
Tomando en consideración lo anterior; el costo por día cobrado es muy alto; diría excesivo. Hay un abanico de opciones de mucho mejor calidad por lo que se paga. No consideraremos regresar en lo futuro. Saludos
 The place operates by staying and is also fully rented for private events (weddings, etc). We rent it in its entirety for several nights. The property is large and has an excellent ocean view and its own access to the beach. It has 4 towers separated from each other. It seems that the owner lives right there. Most of the rooms very poorly planned, the bathrooms very uncomfortable. The televisions do not work well. The constant noise of the water pumps does not let you sleep. Access stairs to rooms all uneven. In some rooms there are tile floors and others only polished concrete floors. All of quality type housing of social interest, arriving at the total austerity. Garden and beach furniture looks worn and battered. In general, it is perceived that the master masons were given autonomy and / or the owner had some idea of how it should look without ever consulting with any professional for its design and construction.
It was hired mainly for the photographs that are published but the reality is that it leaves much to be desired if the intention is to stay the night and spend a few days off.
Taking into consideration the above; the cost per day charged is very high; I would say excessive. There is a range of much better quality options for what you pay. We will not consider returning in the future. Greetings
