★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment we walked through the beautiful door into the entrance gardens, we felt welcomed and at home Beyond our expectations Emil and Alex were the most gracious hosts. We were blessed to meet their granddaughter, Sofia. What a doll We definitely will return to their beautiful B and B Feel like family to them after staying in their most gracious home Highly recommend this as a place to stay while in Ajijic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife Ana and I truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Tres Leones. Our host Emile and Alix were so gracious and helpful during our visit. The home was also very beautiful, peaceful, great views of the lake, and perfectly located such that a short walk could gets us to all of Ajijic!!

I have never experienced a stay at any hotel or lodging that made me feel so wonderful and at home. Amazing, absolutely amazing. Emile, you are the man!!! I will see you again my friend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Casa Tres Leones was the best week of our year! "The Casa", as we lovingly refer to it, is truly a spectacular place with such an excellent host and staff. Emile created a fabulous, healthy hot breakfast for guests every day and made us feel so welcome and at home. The gardens are lush and immaculate. We saw so many fascinating birds from tiny hummers to huge woodpeckers and everything in-between. Emile had great advice on exploring Ajijic whenever we had question, like don't forget good walking shoes for the cobblestones. If you're going to Ajijic, stay at Casa Tres Leones! I know we will. Thank you Emile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have always stayed at luxury hotels when we travel. This was our first B&B which I was very reluctant to stay in since my wife and I are shy and do not feel comfortable interacting with strangers. We were very comfortable in a very relaxed and beautiful setting. We felt like it was our home. Based on our time there a looking around the town I do not think there is a better place to stay in the area. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. It is a beautiful hacienda with very nice views of the town and lake. In walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the lake.

We were very happy to see that nothing had changed and the casa was as delightful as previous years. The wonderful hot breakfasts, fresh baked muffins and treats were still there for our enjoyment. The gorgeous views and lovely well-maintained gardens were as stunning as ever. Emile is the ultimate, caring host.
The location is accessible to the Lake, shops and restaurants. We are looking forward to our return next year. Thanks Emile!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't write enough good things about this B&B and the hosts.
I was there for a short weekend trip last month and have no complaints whatsoever.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept. Same goes for the entire property. The cookies, chocolates, assortment of teas, and coffee in the public area were a great touch... the warm breakfast in the morning consisted of an egg omelet, bacon, and some toasted bread.
I would say the best part of Casa Tres Leones is the hospitality of the hosts. They were always kind and always there to help me out... even when it was least expected. I would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the Ajijic area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful room (we stayed in the Lovers Suite), excellent breakfasts, wonderful hosts, very peaceful environment, relaxing pool (spent a few afternoons there) and in walking distance to everything. What else can I say. We loved our stay at Casa Tres Leones.
