Located in a private, a very quiet place highly recommended to visit with family

The place is amazing, very tropical themed and each room is personalized and that was lovely! The staff are very attentive, friendly and always ready to help.

The attention is good, everything is with passwords and that makes it interesting to know the concept although the facilities did not enchant me, the room for 3 well, with two beds and a hammock, the location well, without a pool or more amenities than the room and a small terrace.

Liked · Excellent location and location: within walking distance of the bus terminal, public transport stops from which you can go to the beach, the center, small shops and large supermarkets, Palapas Park and markets. The room itself was very spacious, with everything you need: dishes, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, excellent shampoo and shower gel, wi-fi with a confident signal. Cleaning every two days. Disliked · The only thing that could be improved: upon arrival, we agreed with the owner about a transfer from the airport, but we could not find each other after leaving the terminal, they did not pick up the phone (to be honest, they did not even understand if they arrived or not) ... Therefore, either discuss in more detail the place and time of the meeting, or take a taxi, or take the ADO bus (located right next to the airport), which can take you to the center of Cancun. In all other respects, the accommodation was excellent, the hosts were always in touch and offered any help.
