★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando te entreguen la casa revisa que los baños estén aseados, que las sábanas y almohadas estén limpias, que el área de la sala comedor cocina estén limpios, que el agua de la alberca esté limpia no turbia, porque por eso te están cobrando un mantenimiento el cual no fue así cuando me rentaron la casa
When the house is delivered to you, check that the bathrooms are clean, that the sheets and pillows are clean, that the kitchen-dining room area is clean, that the pool water is clean not cloudy, because that is why they are charging you maintenance which was not like that when they rented the house to me
