Absolutely amazing. Beautiful. Quiet. Relaxing. Oh and I LOVE all the flowers and trees they have growing here — very well maintained and gorgeous Booking was super easy — we booked online via Airbnb so check in was a breeze. Just needed a copy of my identification and a signature on the invoice. We were upgraded to a nicer room for no additional cost. We didn’t ask for it, they just offered it to us which was so kind. All the staff was lovely. Room was incredibly clean. Small fridge. Plenty of space. Can unpack all your clothes if you wish. Daily cleaning which we didn’t even know so that was another awesome point. Free continental breakfast — good coffee and snacks The shower was one of the best I have had in alllllll of Mexico !!!! Could lounge in the hammocks all day long next to the pool reading and listening to the birds chirp 10/10 recommend and would absolutely stay here again Also, very close to the town square making it very easy to walk around the entire town. Ahal is a great restaurant very close as well — amazing food with lots of local options

We really enjoyed this place! The staff is super friendly. It's really clean and the entire property is just beautiful. Make sure to grab a bug spray since bugs are a problem in Valladolid generally. Thank you for having us, Casa Valladolid!

Very friendly stuff, they recommended great places to go and eat. Clean rooms, the pool was perfect for the kids and the hammocks were a delight for the adults. They have amazing vegetation in the corridors. We love our stay there.

Nice hotel close to the center of town. Clean room. Courtyard is really pretty.

Generally good, we received the cheapest room that was not the best - no light, small window, and a bit loud. It is a good place when you want to stay for a night. The swimming pool is smaller than it looks on the photos. The staff was nice and spoke English well.

Really nice, clean hotel with a good location and with a hard working staff. Probably fine for over night stay but...the wifi is terrible! (Note we spent 6 weeks traveling the Yucatan and this was the worse we experienced).

The courtyard is very pretty. The rooms are nice but I didn't think the bed was comfortable. Would've been okay just to sleep, but I got food poisoning and was in bed for 2 days. Wifi works okay.

Staff were welcoming and friendly, room was lovely. Well maintained and clean. Beautiful courtyard oasis with surrounding garden that offers a nice escape from the heat. Walking distance to most places in town, felt safe and welcome by the local people. Highly recommend.
