★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo el salmón Casa Velarde, sazonado con yerbas finas. Mis compañeros comentan que el hígado encebollado no es es una delicia. Buenos vinos, agradable ambiente. Desayuno y comida típica. Cierran a las 17:00 horas.
I recommend the Casa Velarde salmon, seasoned with fine herbs. My colleagues comment that the liver with onions is not a delight. Good wines, nice atmosphere. Breakfast and typical food. They close at 5:00 p.m.

Tienen comida casera y siempre con un especial diferente. Si estás en el centro debes conocerlo. La empanada que te dan de postre, es la mejor... comida como en casa....
Nice place.
They have homemade food and always with a different special. If you are in the center you must know it. The pie they give you for dessert is the best ... food like home ...

Each day they offer a different dish, in addition to the a la carte menu. In my opinion, it is one of the best food options in downtown Guadalajara. The seasoning is very rich, and very friendly staff.
