D	Daniel Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no sirve el internet o WiFi los canales de la tv todos se ven mal, no tiene camaras de vigilancia, nunca había gente en la recepción, el colchón estaba durísimo, la regadera salen 3 gotas de agua. no lo recomiendo para descansar the internet or WiFi does not work the tv channels all look bad, there are no surveillance cameras, there were never people at the reception, the mattress was very hard, the shower came out 3 drops of water. I do not recommend it to rest

( 2 chaises plastique et table d'appoint). Basique et élémentaire pour cuisine (four micro-onde, grille-pain, cafétière, pas de petit four. Bruyant (travaux sur le toît pour 3 jours), musique forte des commerces en soirée. Wifi-fi perfectible, petit pour 1 personne et encore plus à 2. Studio pas de fauteuil. Cablo TV fonctionne 2/7 jours. Réception, à mon arrivée 14:45 chambre pas prête. À 17:15 non plus, pas wifi, pas de cablo, serviettes de bain reçues le lendemain. Trop cher pour services reçues et même à moins $$ n'y reviendrai plus. Clientèle marginale familière à l'établissement (cannabis) Managing défaillant? Pression pour que je paie la totalité de mon séjour avant même d'y avoir dormi 1 soir (très irritant) avait fait dépôt de 2 soirs avant mon arrivée, pas professionnel. Prévoir paiement par carte (prudence) Aucunement pour long terme. Me suis fié aux avis sur les sites...dommage! 7 day stay Dec 15 to 22 on the 2 nd floor. Central (near beach). Own. Shower OK. Bedroom with firm double bed (flat sheet only). (2 plastic chairs and side table). Basic and elementary for cooking (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, no small oven. Noisy (work on the roof for 3 days), loud music from shops in the evening. Wifi-fi improved, small for 1 person and even more at 2. Studio no armchair Cablo TV works 2/7 days Reception, on arrival 2:45 pm room not ready At 5:15 pm either, no wifi, no cable, towels received the next day . Too expensive for services received and even at less $$ will not come back. Marginal clientele familiar with the establishment (cannabis) Managing failing? Pressure to pay for my entire stay even before having slept there 1 evening (very irritating) had made a deposit 2 evenings before my arrival, unprofessional Plan payment by card (caution) Not for the long term I relied on the opinions on the sites ... too bad!

B	Brian Hamacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small hotel across the street from the beachfront places in Central Puerto Morelos The room was small but the bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit lacking in water pressure. Nonetheless the price was right and the ambience was great. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the second floor terrace which has a small clean plunge pool and great hammocks and hammock chairs as well as tables and chairs. Ms Debra is a fantastic host. One block from the central plaza, 2 blocks from the Chedrali grocery store and an amazing number of good restaurants within a very short walking distance. Puerto Morelos is a quiet relaxing place and we would definitely stay at Casa Velero again when we return in the future.
L	Lorraine Horrocks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 nights, stayed for 4. Great location for the beach, Centro, snorkeling. Just one street back from the beach with views out to the sea. Room was modern, recently furbished and a nice area with hammocks to hang out. I arrived late and entry was a little difficult, lucky I had a Mexican mobile phone. Highly recommend though!
