This salon looks amazing and they really took the time to make my feet look and feel amazing too. Highly recommend!

This salon is beautiful in its design and Eduardo is quite friendly. However, the operations and staff overall is very unprofessional. My friend and I had 10AM appointments and salon opened late, we did not get seen until 11AM. My friend was told to wait a week for "Master Stylist" and paid over $200US for highlights and specifically told them what she wanted, showed a picture etc. The stylist left her, did not check in for over 45 mins. She was left with complete fried ends (see photos) and salon staff did not apologize, nor attempt to rectify the situation in any way. I'd say save the money and get your hair done before or after being in Tulum!

I went to get a pedicure and a haircut and the service was excellent. Since I arrived I felt a great energy from the place and the people were so welcoming, I loved it. Thank you very much girls for everything.

The space is really beautiful and my wax technician was pleasant, but my wax was so poorly done. I got a Brazilian and asked her to leave it natural on top. I ended up with a bikini wax - no Brazilian aspect whatsoever, and she completely waxed into my natural hairline and created a crooked shape. The wax was also incomplete and patchy on my inner thighs etc so wasn’t even a well done bikini wax, and I was meant to receive a 15% discount as I had three areas done at once, not even sure what I was charged for at this point. I didn’t notice until after Id left and had to immediately go somewhere else just to get an actual Brazilian. Considering the prices and the ambiance this was completely unexpected and really upsetting to have happen in such an intimate service.

Lazy cut, super choppy, the stylist was going to send me home without doing layers although I showed a picture of the style I wanted. Terrible result. Very friendly though! Very pretty salon which reeks of nail varnish remover. Added a charge of 250 for a beach wave without saying there was a cost. The cut itself was 600 so that's a 50% upsale. Yet another Tulum scam delivered with a smile.

Amazing salon! It’s gorgeous inside and the ladies are so lovely. I wish I lived in Tulum to get my nails done here every time! Make sure you go to this place to get your nails done ??

I went to another hair salon in Tulum for coloring but was not pleased with the result since it was only bleached and not colored. On my way back to the hotel I passed this beauty salon, the salon was closed but from the design I could already tell that I needed to be here. The next morning I went in for information and was welcomed very well by the staff. The salon was clean and had a nice vibe going on. While I was explaining my needs to the girls behind the desk the stylist Eduardo came to help, a cool kid with style! I could immediately tell that he is experienced. Eduardo bleached and colored my hair and exceeded my expectations. He knows what he is doing and does it gently (no burned scalp) check out his Insta @listen.in.colors The salon offers also other services like nails, waxing etc. I’m sure the quality of those services match up with the service I got

This place was amazing! The salon was pristine, spacious, and very relaxing. The designs they offer are so creative and Aransa actually created art on my nails. They were also relatively fast which I prefer
