Además para ser una casa de fin de semana nos pidieron el favor de terminar toda reunión a las 12pm por los vecinos.

La mesa de billar tiene el paño roto.
El baño de la parte de arriba no sale agua fria.
Regresaría sin problema un clima muy rico.

De entrada indicar que la casa no cuenta con estacionamiento Interno, y solo se dejan los coches en la calle, la alberca no tienen caldera y si se necesita ya q x la ubicación del lugar si se siente fríoy si uno quiere estar x la tarde noche en la alberca pues no es posible ya q el agua está muy fría, en el patio se necesita un poco más de luz, no tiene mucha privacidad ya que cuenta con cámaras dentro de la casa, dónde está la mesa de billar debería ir una salita y la mesa en la parte superior donde tienen los sillones o afuera, la cocina no cuenta con utensilios suficientes para cocinar y servir, el baño del primer piso necesita una división de la regadera ya que todo se salpica y no tienen jergas para limpiar, en la parte superior las recamaras necesitan clóset o algo para poder colgar y guardar ropa, los colchones son incómodos, se siente ya los resortes, en el baño superior no tiene buena presión la regadera.
Espero puedan tomar en cuenta todos estos comentarios y hacer las mejoras.

At the outset, indicate that the house does not have internal parking, and only cars are left on the street, the pool does not have a boiler and if it is needed, the location of the place if it feels cold and if one wants to be late at night in The pool is not possible since the water is very cold, in the patio a little more light is needed, it does not have much privacy since it has cameras inside the house, where is the pool table there should be a small room and the table at the top where they have the couches or outside, the kitchen does not have enough utensils to cook and serve, the first floor bathroom needs a shower division since everything is splashed and they do not have jargon to clean, in the upper part the bedrooms need a closet or something to hang and store clothes, the mattresses are uncomfortable, you can already feel the springs, in the upper bathroom the shower does not have good pressure.
I hope you can take all these comments into account and make improvements.
