Como su concepto lo indica es cocina fusión, pues el chef Carlos sabe mezclar a la perfección la cocina tradicional como carnes y bebidas con métodos de preparación de cocina gourmet y adición de especias. La experiencia es demasiado agradable. Todo, todo lo preparado ahí es rico, todo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno para empezar la ubicación está mal, queda sobre la avenida principal, a contra esquina del mercado, el lugar es muy “ peculiar “ en cuanto a su decoración, la comida tiene sazón sin embargo, los precios se me hicieron elevados en relación a la porción, por ejemplo los tacos de cecina cuestan cada uno $60 pero la verdad es que es más tortilla y nopales que carne, lleva un pedazo pequeño, de cada taco nos sobró media tortilla ?, un sope con quesillo $40, como decía el sazón es rico pero sin duda si regreso a Tenango le daría la oportunidad a otro lugar para comer ?
