Mónica Patiño y Micaela Miguel comparten un estilo de vida de barrio en un comedor casual y familiar, con comida sencilla, de temporada, directa y sin pretensiones.
Recordando a las comidas de su abuela en la Colonia Roma, Mónica Patiño, crea un menú “romano” donde los platos se sirven al centro de la mesa para compartir como lo haríamos en casa.
Se trata de compartir y de convivir alrededor de una buena comida.
En Casa Virginia nos interesa resaltar la importancia del origen de los productos y de los productores. Queremos transmitir una conciencia de lo que consumimos y cómo lo consumimos, por ello, buscamos surtirnos con materia prima de proveedores nacionales pequeños.

Service was pristine and impeccable. Waiters very attentive. I loved that they have apperitives and cocktails , most places they just put them together or don’t know the difference.
Food came on time and the portions were nice.
Most people think it’s expensive cause main dishes are more than 500 pesos, but the catch is that those are portions to share!! So for a party of 2 or more the bill would not be very steep, it would be the same price as a similar fancy testy with the added value of being exquisite.
Drinks are expensive but very well served and tasty unlike “Emilia” where they are the same price and smaller.
Menu is not as big as other restaurants but all the dishes are marvelous.
I will return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is so chic and the food so good I just don't know how to compliment it enough. You could visit for less formal occasions or really dress up and feel right at home. The menu is full of the freshest ingredients and the dishes our host selected were incredible. Not pictured was the lavender dessert! Staff were attentive but not invasive.bplates were beautifully presented. I would recommend and desperately would love to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been BY FAR the best place I have been to since visiting Mexico City as far as good quality non-fried and divinely healthy food! I had the roast chicken on salad 9they did it special) w avo and I could taste the 100% pure extra extra virgin olive oil, balsamic and arugula/rocket leaves along with some pumpkin and sunflower seeds that had been roasted. I am going there again no doubt! then I had the passionfruit cheesecake that was creamy, low sugar and light yet sweet and sour too. The coffee was strong and good. I am hooked!
