No todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado así que pregunten antes de reservar. Las habitaciones tienen su baño propio. Tv con wifi, Netflix, YouTube. El anfitrión es muy amable y accesible. En general me gustó!
Excellent location! Close to the condesa clubs and restaurants. Also, it delivers on what it promises in the description and photos. Not all rooms have air conditioning so ask before booking. The rooms have their own bathroom. Tv with wifi, Netflix, YouTube. The host is very friendly and approachable. Overall I liked it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para hospedarse si eres joven ya que es una casa que compartirás con otros huéspedes. Los dueños son muy atentos y cordiales. El lugar está muy cerca de la playa así como muy cerca del Oxxo y otros lugares para comprar souvenirs. Una exelente opción.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si estás buscando un hotel o posada acogedora sin duda este es el lugar, la zona es tranquila y está cerca de zona de comida condesa. Exelente trato del personal, en mi opinión Edu es un gran anfitrion. El precio es accesible, las habitaciones cuentan con baño propio, aire y servicio de tv, un vestidor y un pequeño comedor. La alberca está en funcionamiento y es muy comoda, limpia. Al igual que la cocina, de la cual puedes hacer uso. Sin duda volvería.
If you are looking for a cozy hotel or inn, this is the place, the area is quiet and close to the Condesa food court. Excellent treatment of the staff, in my opinion Edu is a great host. The price is affordable, the rooms have their own bathroom, air conditioning and TV service, a dressing room and a small dining room. The pool is in operation and is very comfortable, clean. Like the kitchen, which you can make use of. I would definitely go back.
