★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Цена и расположение вполне приятные: не в самом туристическом аду, рядом автобус до пляжей, магазины и хорошие недорогие рестораны. Гостям предоставляется комната с ванной, в общем пользовании сад и бассейн. Комната светлая, очень уютная, с чудесным видом. При этом кухней пользоваться нельзя, это не жилье с хозяином в привычном смысле, а в комнате нет даже стаканов. Если попросить хозяина, он ни в чем не отказывает, но это не очень удобно каждый раз :(
Отдельная проблема - двор с бассейном. Он общий на несколько домов, и несмотря на то что в правилах дома написано что после 10 шуметь нельзя, на соседей, видимо, это правило не распространяется, и вечеринки у тебя под балконом могут длиться до глубокой ночи.
The price and location are quite pleasant: not in the most tourist hell, close to the bus to the beaches, shops and good inexpensive restaurants. Guests are provided with a room with a bathtub and a shared garden and pool. The room is bright, very comfortable, with a wonderful view. At the same time, you cannot use the kitchen, this is not housing with the owner in the usual sense, and there are not even glasses in the room. If you ask the owner, he will not refuse anything, but this is not very convenient every time :(
A separate problem is a courtyard with a swimming pool. It is common for several houses, and despite the fact that the house rules say that you shouldn't make noise after 10, apparently this rule does not apply to neighbors, and parties under your balcony can last until late at night.
