Our stay began with a tour of the grounds of this beautiful home including the outdoor kitchen and eating area, pool and hammocks surrounded by lush plants, Palm and Papaya trees. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a rooftop patio overlooking the grounds of the Convento de San Bernardino de Siena. The highlight of our stay was the delicious, homemade breakfast served under a palm palapa. Javi serving us breakfast with Mexican music playing in the background was just the energetic start we needed for our exploration of Valladolid. You won’t regret your stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a lovely stay while staying in Valladolid to visit Chichen Itza and of course the beautiful town of Valladolid. Susi and Miguel made our stay really pleasant, they were very hospitable and helpful. Wifi was very good and the room was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was fantastic. Downtown was a short walk away. Tons of good shops and restaurants in the area. The rooms were very clean. The courtyard was extremely well kept. The included breakfast was delicious. The best part about this place was the hospitality. Michael and Susi the owner were fantastic hosts. We all would’ve loved to stay longer. Thank you all!

The accomodation has everything we needed - comfortable beds, good air-conditioning, pool, spots to chill, beautiful garden and different breakfast every morning! The owners of this place cannot be more friendly and helpful, they are amazing! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!
