★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they told me they would fix it but they didn't the bathroom sink was broken and the toilet the internet was horible and the neighbors wouldn't stop having parts and the hotel guy never told them anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks good on pics and not a good place to stay. This company has poor customer services. So many problems with this house . I expect to enjoy the house not keep calling for the house to be fix while I am there. There were buckets to catch the water for leaks in the ceiling. Showers drain not working, toilets not flashing and some leaking, stove wasn't hot enough to cook a full meal, Hot tube doesn't work, the pool was dirty, some ceiling fans wasn't working and the list goes on. The water was turn off before my guest can take a shower before check out time. Vacasa Reservas Latinoamérica is the company who rent this house out. DONT DEAL WITH them POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they only gave me 5% back smh
