★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al baño le falta mantenimiento y limpieza, pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente, es el lugar perfecto para venir con los perros. La comida es algo cara, pero es muy rica y muy bien servida y creo que justifica el precio. Tienen poco personal, por lo que a veces el servicio es un poco tardado, pero mis respetos porque son bastante atentos y amables para todo el trabajo que se les acumula, tienen una excelente actitud. El restaurante cierra temprano, pero el personal siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto para que no nos quedaramos sin cenar y atendieron peticiones especiales por mi cumpleaños. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito.
 The bathroom lacks maintenance and cleaning, but other than that everything was excellent, it is the perfect place to come with the dogs. The food is somewhat expensive, but it is very rich and very well served and I think it justifies the price. They have little staff, so sometimes the service is a little slow, but my respects because they are quite attentive and kind for all the work that accumulates, they have an excellent attitude. The restaurant closes early, but the staff were always attentive and ready so that we did not run out of dinner and took special requests for my birthday. It is a very quiet and beautiful place.

Excellent service and exquisite food, very good treatment of pets, beautiful facilities, a quiet place to rest and enjoy the sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospedé en este hotel en Enero de 2022. Tuve la habitación alado de la entrada principal y el ruido de los camiones que pasan por la carretera es insoportable. Este ruido es día y noche. NO recomiendo este lugar para descansar. La zona de alberca y playa es agradable. El servicio del personal es medio. No corresponde con el precio de las habitaciones.
I stayed at this hotel in January 2022. I had the room next to the main entrance and the noise from the trucks passing by on the road is unbearable. This noise is day and night. I do NOT recommend this place to rest. The pool and beach area is nice. Staff service is average. It does not correspond to the price of the rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't let th street view fool u. Once you're thru th door.into th resort, this place is magical. Quiet, private & beautiful. Staff is great. Friendly & accommodating. Th "couples" definition is confusing. I went a couple of times w/my grown daughter. It basically just means no kids....hence th peace & quiet there. Th food was great & th whole experience was very positive. Worth a visit. You won't regret it.
