Studion var ren och hade en egen Wifi router. Fungerade jättebra! Sängen bra men hade plastat underlag som blev svettigt. Köket dåligt utrustat. Inga bra sittmöbler. Vattentrycket dåligt. Svårt att tvätta håret i duschen. Bilderna är bättre än verkligheten. Den tunga trafiken genom Tulum, lastbilar m.m. går förbi huset dygnet runt. Huset är lyhört. Området är lite off och skräpigt men vänliga människor.

All was fine, clean and spacious, staff helped with all questions. A bit noisy from street side, but less than in town center hotels.

The rooms to this hotel were very beautiful (large bed, nice kitchen and well decorated) and the young staff was very friendly. However, they had overbooked us and instead of staying two nights in a beautiful room (which we splurged on from our budget) we were placed in a studio right next to the hotel for our first night. It was fairly obvious the studio was a friends and they asked him to quickly move out so they had room for us. That is not what we had paid for and it was very uncomfortable. We were hardly compensated for it (free bikes for the day and a small discount, literally $20 for the 200 a night we were paying). The next night we were moved to the beautiful room and really enjoyed it! It is a shame because I would have given five stars, if they had handled the mix up fairly. I would give two stars, but I’m the first to review on here and I don’t think that is what they are overall. I think our situation was unique.
