We can not believe this hotel canceled our reservation day after we booked. They did not provide any reason for cancellation. by the time we got check our email to be notified is too late to do anything and cancellation is confirmed.

After our travels in Belize, this was the first accommodation in Mexico to hit. The staff is enormously friendly! We were welcomed with enthusiasm and warmth from the beginning! The rooms are crispy clean, designish and  have a beautiful bathroom. We stayed only two nights due to our tight schedule, but the town of Bacalar has much more to offer and we would have definitely stayed here for more nights. You would not need much more when you are the active type of tourist. The breakfast was served each morning in the gorgeous garden and the neighborhood itself isn't busy at all. The professional and kind staff will make sure you are comfortable and never short of something. When we left we forgot a short in the room and at the ADO busstop one of the staff brought it back last minute! Also we want to point out there is a clear sense of safety in this town and the hotel and this was very different from our previous experiences in Cancun! Furthermore you will find everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby the hotel. The staff is happy to provide you with all information. We did half a day kayak on the lake and had some great relaxing time after. You don't want to miss out on this!

The last who helped me were super nice. The hotel is a one floor hotel. The room was very clean and I was impressed as I first got in. I started to take pictures from different angles as you can see from those that I post. Many minutes passed then I realized that I had left one of my luggages outside my room and forgot to bring it in. To my surprise the lady was watching it out from afar. I greatly appreciated that she knew so well to respect customer's privacy! Even when she felt she needed to take care of my luggages.

Totally in love with our accommodations! Excellent decor, comfortable beds. Free breakfast and sweetest most kind hostesses. They are twin sisters that own the hotel. Would definitely be back!

Very nice hotel, clean and modern room with a nice bathroom. Hostess was very friendly (you need to speak Spanish though). Breakfast was tasty and home made.
