Sugeriría que separen a los que atienden para que haya 1-2 que atiendan a quien trae menos de 3 cosas por dejar/recoger. Creo seria mucho más eficiente y tendrían menos cola. He llegado aveces y prefiero irme del gentío que hay y que veo gente con bolsa con 20 paquetes. Agradeceríamos mucho mejorarán su logistica de atención para beneficiar a quien va solo por uno o dos paquetitos! I use this package a lot and the truth is that it is super popular! Congratulations for that! I would suggest that they separate those who attend so that there are 1-2 who attend to whoever brings less than 3 things to drop off/pick up. I think it would be much more efficient and they would have less queue. I have arrived sometimes and I prefer to leave the crowd that is there and that I see people with bags with 20 packages. Sorprendida por la cantidad de personas que acuden al lugar y utilizan sus servicios. El horario es de 11 am a las 19 hrs pm, y de lunes a viernes. Interesting place, since you can leave a 30 x 30 cm package with only $10.00 pesos and it is stored for several days at no additional cost, and the person you leave it with can go for it with only the image of the receipt. Tienen buen servicio y muy buen trato y sobre todo muy buen precio....... Lo único que le falta es remodelarla porque tiene apariencia antigua descuidada.

Son muy cuidadosos con la mercancía y siempre la entregan completa y en buenas condiciones. Durante toda la pandemia fueron muy estrictos con las normas de seguridad y sana distancia. La remodelación de los módulos de recibo/entrega les quedo muy bien y hace que el lugar se vea más amplio y organizado. Los encargados siempre son atentos y rápidos. El único pero es que ya no tienen el servicio de pago de mercancía a la entrega.
