★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, una muy grata experiencia, tiene todo lo que busco en un hotel, es tranquilo, cómodo y muy limpio, la cama muy cómoda, las almohadas esponjaditas, agua caliente, la regadera con suficiente presión para darse un baño a gusto y sin desperdiciar agua, cuenta con servicio de café, té y galletas todo el día y una computadora con servicio de impresión. El servicio en la recepción es muy amable y como plus, en algunas habitaciones cuenta con un frigobar, lo que permite tener a la mano cosas frías.
 Excellent, a very pleasant experience, it has everything I look for in a hotel, it's quiet, comfortable and very clean, the bed very comfortable, the pillows fluff, hot water, the shower with enough pressure to take a bath to taste and without wasting water, has service of coffee, tea and cookies all day and a computer with printing service. The service at the reception is very friendly and as a bonus, in some rooms it has a frigobar, which allows you to have cold things on hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prácticamente es una estafa, no incluye desayuno, no tiene wifi, al hablar para pedir informes te dicen que tienen todos los servicios pero estando en el hotel el wifi literal no sirve y te dicen que el desayuno solo aplica cuando reservas antes de cierta hora, cosa que no se nos dijo antes de reservar.
It is practically a scam, it does not include breakfast, it does not have wifi, when you speak to ask for information they tell you that they have all the services but being in the hotel the literal wifi does not work and they tell you that breakfast only applies when you book before a certain time, which we were not told before booking.
