★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every day there is a new problem. 1st night there was a party in the next door room until 2330, I am hotel designed for business travellers it seems odd. There is not customer service, the guard effectively let's you and out but otherwise has no power or ability to help. The code deactivates automatically leaving you out your room and then you must wait until someone responds which can take up to three hours. The whole business is a farce. Maybe I have been unlucky but the complete lack of customer service means it is a thoroughly unenjoyable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at a Casai-property for a business trip. It was such a seamless experience from my arrival to my departure. Great customer service, the apartment absolutely stylish, equipped with everything a business traveler could ask for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never trust Casai. They ruined my vacations just before days I was arriving into the city.
Below you can see the very poor email I got from them, basically saying we are sorry but we will cancel your reservation, bye..
No clear apology, no compensation, no nothing.
I feel very poorly treated. Below you can see the email I got from them as picture. Really terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Long Stay in Polanco!!!!! Apartment was new, very well and stylishly furnished. A Case Study in Customer Service. I will definitely be staying at other Casai properties wherever they are available, hopefully everywhere very soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the "Condesa/1BR by Casai Boutique Suites" in Mexico City for one month beginning in late June 2021. The Casai Sales Director sent me photos of the unit to review and the associated rates. While the cost was far above my budget, I decided to splurge as the unit had incredible light (described as "floor-to-ceiling windows") and a standing desk/countertop where I could look out the windows and write. I agreed to the astronomical price because of these two features.
But when I arrived, the apartment was not as described. First, it's not in Condesa, it's in Hipódromo, south of Condesa. Secondly, it is not a one-bedroom, it is a studio. There is no door to the bedroom. It is a studio apartment, period.
As for the interior, instead of floor-to-ceiling windows, the lower half of the glass in the apartment (from ankles to just above my chin) was covered in a thick window cling film, so thick that you couldn't see through the glass at all. Additionally, the standing desk area was half the size as the photos I reviewed and could only be used to store kitchen items.
Additionally, the apartment was incredibly noisy - almost as if they didn't insulate the units for outside or inside sound whatsoever. This was made worse by the rolling doors to the garage on the bottom floor, which were pulled up and down at morning and evening, very, very loudly.
When I brought up these discrepancies with the Sales Director (and confirmed I was, indeed, put in the correct unit), she offered to move me to a different apartment for a price difference of an additional $1,500, bringing the total to more than $4,000 for one month. I was dumbfounded. I declined and asked for a refund.
They have now decided to move me to the *actual* unit in the photos tomorrow but did not offer any sort of discount or mi culpa for the hassle.
I strongly do not recommend staying with Casai, and will not make the same mistake in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I even begin? I stayed at a Casai in La Condesa, CDMX for a month and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment was equipped with all I needed and had THE nicest/fluffiest beds. It was also super awesome to WFH, with fast internet, a lot of plugs, and a Google Chromecast to project my meetings, talk about smart home! Would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to my next stay. Thanks Casai xxxx P.S. They are dog friendly and my puppers also had a blast. See picture attached

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in Roma and had a very pleasant experience. I was escaping an absolutely AWFUL airbnb experience and although Casai posts on airbnb I highly recommend booking directly through them. It's cheaper and airbnb has the worst customer service in the history of customer service. My experience with Casai was the opposite. Super attentive WhatsApp communication and very friendly building staff. A good deal in MXCD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in was a complete hassle. Had to wait for the guard to let us in the complex and he didn’t have a key. Once we were finally in our room, it was SWELTERING. It was 75F in the city and the room felt significantly hotter. All that was provided was a fan. We spent maybe an hour there (mostly looking for new accommodations) before we left. For a place to offer five star accommodations but not account for air conditioning or even a ceiling fan is beyond me. Will never stay there again!
