★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por fuera el hotel es bastante sencillo pero cuando entras a las habitaciones la cosa mejora bastante. Estaba muy limpia y con el aire acondicionado se puede descansar perfectamente. Prestan bicis para pasear por la ciudad. Las ruinas de Tulum están a sólo 15 min en bici. Muy buena atención por parte del personal.
On the outside the hotel is quite simple but when you enter the rooms the thing improves a lot. It was very clean and with the air conditioning you can rest perfectly. They lend bikes to walk around the city. The ruins of Tulum are only 15 min by bike. Very good attention from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this hotel over a month in advance. I called the night before to confirm our reservation. When we showed up, they said they had no room even though we reserved it well in advance. Unacceptable and very unapologetic!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking up to the hotel it does not look impressive, but we found the room and bathroom to be fairly modern. Free bicycle rentals, which are essential to get to the ruins, beach and cenotes. Bring the mosquito repellent because somehow our room was full of them (we had no windows or doors open). A little noisy as it was on the highway. We also felt that we were unwanted. Every time we went to the front desk a young teenager was working and it was as if we were bothering him.
