★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hacen su trabajo de manera honesta, lo único que buscan es crear trato para que les pagues, cobran a ambas partes y no hacen bien su trabajo de investigar los adeudos ni al vendedor, practicamente les estas regalando tu dinero pues acabas haciendo todos los trámites tú, ni de mediadores sirven, no lo recomiendo para nada, no acudan con ellos.

La inmobiliaria cobra comisiones tanto al vendedor como al comprador y pide el dinero junto con el porcentaje de la factura que hasta la fecha no me han dado. Y aunque en el contrato de compraventa que ellos te dan dice que la entrega del inmueble se da el mismo día de la firma de escrituras me dijeron que les diera un par de días más para sacar unas cosas de la dueña. Me dieron un documento firmado con el día de la entrega de llaves y una vez llegado el día y ya presente en la oficina me negaron las llaves que porque su política es no entregarlas hasta que el Infonavit deposite a la dueña. Era la primera vez que escuchaba esa supuesta política de la empresa y yo tenía dos documentos firmados especificando la entrega del inmueble. Me molesté porque me engañaron y me dieron por mi lado después de haber firmado y pagado la diferencia, solo era cuestión de esperar al Infonavit y la dueña estaba enterada del proceso. No sé si hubo presión por parte de los asesores financieros de invertecnia pero ellos fueron por las llaves y me las entregaron al día siguiente del día acordado. Pero casamax no brinda un buen servicio, hay que ser desconfiados al tratar con ellos.
It was not an entirely pleasant experience. The real estate company charges commissions to both the seller and the buyer and asks for the money along with the percentage of the invoice that to date they have not given me. And although in the sales contract they give you, it says that the delivery of the property takes place the same day as the signing of the deeds, they told me to give them a couple more days to get some things from the owner. They gave me a document signed with the day of the delivery of the keys and once the day had arrived and I was already present at the office, they denied me the keys, because their policy is not to deliver them until Infonavit deposits the owner. It was the first time that I had heard this supposed company policy and I had two signed documents specifying the delivery of the property. I was upset because they cheated on me and gave me my side after signing and paying the difference, it was just a matter of waiting for Infonavit and the owner was aware of the process. I do not know if there was pressure from the financial advisers of invertecnia but they went for the keys and they gave them to me the day after the agreed day. But casamax does not provide good service, you have to be suspicious when dealing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de casamax deja mucho qué desear, se llevan una comisión solo por presentar el inmueble al comprador pero no apoyan gran cosa, al contrario, una vez firmadas las escrituras no querían darme las llaves del departamento. Invertecnia que es la empresa asociada de asesoría financiera sí apoyan realmente, dan seguimiento a los cambios de nombre en los servicios aún después de la compra.
The casamax service leaves much to be desired, they take a commission just for presenting the property to the buyer but they do not support much, on the contrary, once the deeds were signed they did not want to give me the keys to the apartment. Invertecnia, which is the associated financial advisory company, does really support, follow up on the name changes in the services even after the purchase.
