★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT STAY HERE. I used booking.com to reserve this hotel in playa del Carmen. I flew from Canada with my wife and 3 children. We took a cab from cancun to playa del Carmen. We travelled for 18 hours. The address provided is false. We drove around trying to find the hotel. When we couldn’t find it we phoned the phone number provided. The manager was arrogant and refused to listen that we had a booking confirmation number. Told us he had no reservations. Then hung up on us. After this he refused to answer the phone. We spent hours trying to find a hotel before curfew. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had travelling. I wound up paying 56$ for a room on booking.com. Then 30$ for cab to drive us around then 125$ for the last hotel I could find. Needles to say it ruined our vacation. The owner is now being condescending to me and refuses to correct the situation. Please do yourself a favour and do not ever consider staying here.
