★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no cumplieron y nunca se comunicaron para informar que no estarían a tiempo, cuando llame yo para preguntar solo dijeron si gusta pase por su anticipo, tu vendedora JAMAS se disculpo, solo dijo no tengo palabras, yo también los trate con respeto jamás recibí una llamada de aviso de que la tela no había llegado, el día que quedaron de instalar las persianas nadie me aviso que no vendrían, llame me dijeron que la vendedora no tenia saldo en su teléfono y que al llegar a la tienda llamaría para avisarme que pasa y jamás lo hizo hasta que yo llame de nuevo, disculpa pero eso SI ES PESIMO SERVICIO
Terrible service, they did not comply and they never communicated to inform that they would not be on time, when I called to ask they only said if they like to go through their advance, your saleswoman NEVER apologized, she only said I have no words, I also treated them with respect never I received a call warning that the fabric had not arrived, the day the blinds were installed, nobody told me that they would not come, I called they told me that the saleswoman had no balance on her phone and that when she got to the store she would call to let me know What happens and he never did until I call again, sorry but that IS HORRIBLE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad la tela salió podrida tengo 8 meses con ellas . Lo que más me molestó fue cuando llame para hacer válida la garantía fue la respuesta de la vendedora, -. Tengo tres meses trabajando pero pues seguro se le rompieron porque le da mucho el sol . Es enserio ? Pues dónde quieren que las ponga?
