Service is super bad. Left us hang to dry for so long in their office. We were there for so long without getting any attention. They told us we needed to bring it back at 5pm but wasted our day. Feels like they don’t even want you to rent a car.

Car company with a working style as in 1990. Email and website form respond to the same useless text five times. Such a poorly designed website has not been seen for a long time. Don't waste time, look for another car rental company.

Long queues. They cancel your reservation for not showing up within a 30 minute window. Never tell you this information. Useless brains all around. Go somewhere else and save your time.

Honest company with competitive prices. Alejandro Rodrigues helped us, explained everything and was attentive to details. Pick up process was a bit long but company needs to very your information for safety reasons. Highly recommend car rental service in Mexico City.

Overall a good experience if you have the patience. For starters, their online reservation does not really work, as they tell you to essentially call in the morning and they will check what cars are available which doesn't help with pre-planning. A lot of their cars are manual so it helps if you can drive a stick. **Very Important for Non-Residents of MX** They REQUIRE you to have proof of a flight back home/passport/immigration card that you get from immigrations officials at the airport and proof of where you are staying - I emailed her screenshots of flight details and my airbnb and they accepted it. So if you are like me and go first thing in the morning without calling, bring all these items with you to ensure they can rent you a car and save you time. While the process was slow it was the most affordable and I was out with a car in about 1.5hrs. Also, if you happen to be traveling on any Toll roads (as was the case for us to Cuernavaca), you have to buy a toll Pass reader which you can get at an OXXO (toll roads are called Cuota) Some toll roads take cash but if its TAG only, they redirect you back into traffic and it's very sketchy. Return process was simple - they added a few bucks for addtl cleaning fees for some dog fur but overall make sure you point out any dings/dents/scuffs in the delivery process. In addition, it helps to have extra insurance through travel ins/or credit card benefits as even with their insurance you will owe 10%-20% cost of damage/total loss.

After making a reservation online, you get a call to confirm. I missed the call and had to rebook online, which was annoying. They also require more info than most other agencies (hotel, flight, etc.). Otherwise, no issues. It's cheaper and more transparent than some of the larger agencies and has no hidden costs.

From the moment I arrived, the service was perfect. Easy communication even with my limited Spanish and the operator was super helpful. Easy to find. Everything paperwork related was sorted fluidly and hassle-free. The car wasn't new but it was perfectly suited to my needs. Extremely economical compared with the large franchise companies. No hidden costs. Everything very transparent. This is a local company doing a very honest business. I was able to extend the hire on a daily basis just by making a quick phone call. Would recommend 100 percent using a local, independent Mexican hire company over any franchise. Thank you Casanova you're AMAZING!
