★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de atención es malísimo. Más de una hora esperando para ser recibido en ventanilla. Poco personal de atención al cliente y no cuentan buzón de quejas y sugerencias. No hay seguimiento a las inconformidades del cliente. Muy mal. Debut y despedida!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Willen geen auto's verhuren. Credit card en ID werden geweigerd. Er werd om een precieze reisbeschrijving gevraagd, terwijl de reis nog niet vast stond.
Don't want to rent cars. Credit card and ID were declined. A precise itinerary was requested, while the trip was not yet fixed.

Es la peor sucursal en cuánto a atención se refiere. Se supone que estamos en temporada alta y nos cobran más alta la renta, sin embargo no ponen a más personal, 2 horas para que nos atiendan.. la gente se acumula y no avanza
NUEVAMENTE EN ESTA SUCURSAL
Febrero 2022 Llevamos más de 1 hora y no nos atienden, solo te hacen pasar para juntar los requisitos (como si fueras niño de pre escolar) y te sientan a seguir esperando…. Tremendo! Pensamos que la primera vez era por se temporada alta, pero otra vez la misma experiencia

February 2022 We have been here for more than 1 hour and they do not attend to us, they only make you come in to meet the requirements (as if you were a pre-school child) and they sit you down to continue waiting…. Tremendous! We thought that the first time was due to high season, but again the same experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las unidades de Casanova son excelentes y no fallan. En la sucursal el personal es muy amable y la atención es buena. Si llevas todo el papeleo correcto y tienes todo en orden, podrás rentar unidades. Recomiendo revisar disponibilidad con tiempo ya que en algunas fechas de hotsales, navidad y alta demanda de transporte se quedan sin unidades de carga. Sería increible que tuvieran programa de puntos o algo para poder apartar con más tiempo a clientes frecuentes, fuera de eso, es una excelente opción.
Casanova units are excellent and they don't fail. At the branch the staff is very friendly and the service is good. If you have all the correct paperwork and you have everything in order, you can rent units. I recommend checking availability in advance since on some dates of hot sales, Christmas and high transport demand they run out of cargo units. It would be incredible if they had a points program or something to be able to separate frequent customers with more time, other than that, it is an excellent option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aproximadamente desde 1995 les rento automóviles algunos han fallado y otros no es comprensible este año les rente una camioneta de 15 pasajeros me falló no arrancaba hablé a su calle Center y la persona que me atendió entre otras cosas solo le importo el resguardo de la camioneta. Y la familia que llevaba ni le importo.

Trata de marcar diferencia y cuida los vehículos como si fueras el dueño. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatal servicio voy saliendo de ahí llegamos 930 AM y teniendo la reservación a las 10 AM y vamos saliendo del lugar.
Todavía la Srita se pone grosera y dice q si no me parece no rente y me queje con el dueño o gerente.
No se vale que se juegue con el tiempo de una persona de esta manera más de 5 horas esperando y no fui la única, toda la sala estaba llena y todos mentando la mamá.
Deberían de checar su personal este capacitado ahora xq anteriormente me habían dado muy buen servicio.
Pero desgraciadamente esas personas eficientes ya no se encuentran ahí.

Fatal service I am leaving there we arrived at 930 AM and having the reservation at 10 AM and we are leaving the place.
Ms. still gets rude and says that if you don't think so, don't rent and complain to the owner or manager.
It is not fair to play with a person's time in this way, more than 5 hours waiting and I was not the only one, the whole room was full and everyone was talking about the mother.
They should check their trained staff now because previously they had given me very good service.
But unfortunately those efficient people are no longer there.
