Mala atención, no te atienden argumentando sobrecarga de trabajo y te hacen dar vueltas para evaluar y recibir tu unidad a reparación.

Muy malo el servicio. Cuando me mandaron mensaje por whats de la persona que estaría a cargo de las reparaciones, el jefe y esas "formalidades" dije, qué buen servicio. Lamentablemente no es como lo dicen, ellos no son proactivos para darte actualizaciones del carro, tienes que estar llamando. El día de ayer (después de 1 mes que el carro lleva en el taller aproximadamente) me llamaron diciendo que ya estaba listo y que podía ir a recogerlo. Mi sorpresa fue que llegué a la hora indicada y no tenían el carro listo (cabe mencionar que se equivocaron de sucursal, ya que tenían que enviar el carro al taller de Centeno desde un inicio, pero empezaron las reparaciones en Aeropuerto, así que acordaron que me lo llevarían a Centeno al finalizar el servicio), me dijeron en Centeno que no tenían mi carro aún, les dije que me llamaron diciéndome que ya podía ir a recogerlo en esa sucursal, así que ppor la vuelta en vano que me hicieron dar, dijeron que me lo llevaban a domicilio al día siguiente. Mi sorpresa, llamé por teléfono para preguntar a qué hora lo traían y me dijeron que le salieron detalles de pintura y algo del rin, siendo que el día de ayr ya me habían notificado que estaba listo para entrega. Son muy IRRESPONSABLES, IMPUNTUALES. Es mi primer experiencia con la aseguradora AXA y este taller y no me quedarán ganas de volver a caer en sus manos.
Very bad service. When they sent me a whats message from the person who would be in charge of the repairs, the boss and those "formalities" I said, what a good service. Unfortunately it is not as they say, they are not proactive in giving you updates on the car, you have to be calling. Yesterday (after about 1 month that the car has been in the workshop) they called me saying that it was ready and that I could go pick it up. My surprise was that I arrived at the indicated time and they did not have the car ready (it is worth mentioning that they were in the wrong branch, since they had to send the car to the Centeno workshop from the beginning, but they started the repairs at the Airport, so they agreed that they would take it to Centeno at the end of the service), they told me in Centeno that they did not have my car yet, I told them that they called me telling me that I could go pick it up at that branch, so for the vain return they made me give, They said they would deliver it to my house the next day. To my surprise, I called by phone to ask what time they were bringing it and they told me that paint details and some of the rim had come out, since yesterday they had already notified me that it was ready for delivery. They are very IRRESPONSIBLE, IMPUNTUAL. It is my first experience with the AXA insurance company and this workshop and I will not want to fall into their hands again.

Te hacen dar mil vueltas y esperar mucho tiempo. Te citan a cierta hora y no cumplen. Me querían entregar con una reparación mal hecha. Mal pintado. No habían reparado todo lo que venía en la orden.
