★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AXA Elite??!?!! Puras mentiras acabo de ir por mi auto. Al margen de una lava de motor de cortesía (que nunca me informaron) dañaron la línea del sistema de refrigeración y no me quieren respaldar.
Falta de profesionalismo y de responsabilidad. Lástima que AXA se apoye con este tipo de talleres
AXA Elite??!?!! Pure lies I just went for my car. Aside from a courtesy engine lava (which I was never told) they damaged the cooling system line and they don't want to back me up.
Lack of professionalism and responsibility. Too bad AXA supports itself with this type of workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Ingrese mi coche para una reparación menor y me lo regresaron con todo el sistema de refrigeración dañado, tirándose el anticongelante y diciendo que el asi lo ingrese. Una verdadera tontería porque ni siquiera hubiera llegado al taller. Y no me dan la atención porque es sábado y que me espere. DE VERDAD ¡Qué poca Madre!!!!!!!
Terrible service. I entered my car for a minor repair and they returned it to me with the entire cooling system damaged, spilling the antifreeze and saying that he should enter it. A real nonsense because it had not even arrived at the workshop. And they don't pay attention to me because it's Saturday and they wait for me. TRULY What a little Mother !!!!!!!

Ingresas tu auto por reparación estética de golpes por percances y lo recibes con fallas mecánicas causadas por ellos mismos por hacer cosas sin tu previa autorización, el taller NO se hace responsable de sus propias acciones. Nada tienen que estar metiendo mano en otras partes del carro que no lo necesitan y de los cuales no te han consultado. La falla pudo causarme un accidente, serán reportados.
AXA policyholders, DO NOT GO to this workshop.
You enter your car for aesthetic repair of blows due to mishaps and you receive it with mechanical failures caused by themselves for doing things without your prior authorization, the workshop is NOT responsible for its own actions. They do not have to be reaching into other parts of the car that do not need it and about which they have not consulted you. The fault could have caused an accident, they will be reported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo. Hacen muy mal trabajo. A mí auto le colocaron mal las calaveras traseras pues les quedaron descuadradas, y para ajustarlas las tuvieron que lijar en las puntas para que entrarán y aún así quedaron descuadradas. La defensa trasera no la ajustaron bien, y en los laterales no le hicieron el perfil de acuerdo a la forma de las salpicaderas. En el servicio de pintura dejaron las ventanas salpicadas. En el servicio de lavado no lo secaron sino que lo dejaron escurrir sin secarlo y el auto quedó todo escurrido; solo se lo pude quitar con una pulida a todo el auto. Aún cuando reclamas por el mal servicio, te piden que lo dejes más tiempo para que al final te lo entreguen igual de mal.
I do not recommend it. They do a very bad job. The rear taillights were placed incorrectly on my car because they were out of square, and to adjust them they had to sand them at the ends so that they would fit and still they were out of square. The rear bumper was not adjusted well, and on the sides they did not make the profile according to the shape of the fenders. In the painting service they left the windows splattered. In the car wash they did not dry it but they let it drain without drying it and the car was all drained; I was only able to remove it by polishing the entire car. Even when you complain about the bad service, they ask you to leave it longer so that in the end they deliver it to you just as badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No caigas, no se te ocurra dejar tu coche en manos de estos pseudo “profesionales”, te entregan el coche medio funcionando con tal de cumplir con las fechas que te dan de entrega sin importarles tu integridad. Me dejaron sonando la suspensión y tuve que regresar a que pintaran nuevamente el Coche y para que medio lo dejaran bien. Neta un asco total y la atención de los trabajadores es nefasta.
Don't fall for it, don't even think about leaving your car in the hands of these pseudo "professionals", they give you the half-working car as long as you meet the delivery dates they give you without caring about your integrity. They left me sounding the suspension and I had to go back to have the car painted again and for them to leave it well. Neta a total disgust and the attention of the workers is disastrous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y/o seguimiento por teléfono es muy malo, no concuerda la que dicen con lo que hacen!!!
La manipulación del vehículo es pésima, con detalles en pintura que no traía.
En reparación no se aseguran de que todo este en orden pues faltaron tornillos y focos por poner y aun así el carro ya estaba listo para entregar.
Tiempo de reparación exagerado.
The attention and/or follow-up by phone is very bad, what they say does not match what they do!!!
The handling of the vehicle is terrible, with details in paint that it did not have.
In repair they do not make sure that everything is in order because there were missing screws and lights to put and even so the car was ready to deliver.
Excessive repair time.
