J	Juan Macedo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo más pésimo que puede haber en que elijas a Casarpa como taller para que te arreglen tú carro después de un mes me avisan que según ellos GNP no autoriza ciertos gastos en compostura y te dicen que pagas primero para poder darte tu carro y ni siquiera a visto uno como a quedado y si hay algo que no te gustó que después regreses para que te salgan con la tarugada que no tienen lugar lo mejor es no elegir se taller y te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor definitivamente no deberían de darles la oportunidad de estar en ese negocio y acusarlos con Profeco . Lo lleve a otro mecánico y me comento que instalaron mal los amortiguadores y que algunas piezas estaban mal apretadas. De verdad busquen otra opcion porque Nadie da solucion, sigo esperando llamada o Chat del dueño que se comprometio a llamarme hoy 10 am . Comparado con otros talleres me entregaron rapidísimo (usualmente te tardan meses en entregar, lo cual obviamente es muy malo) tardaron aproximadamente 3 semanas en entregarme mi coche reparado. Me avisaron de las piezas que iban a cambiar, a reparar etc. No les pongo todas las estrellas porque no me encantó que me entregaron con algunos detalles que afinar, algo sucio por dentro y depronto sentí que no estaban muy bien organizados. Fuera de eso fue muy buena expericiencia, sobre todo por la amabilidad y atención que me dieron, así como respender ante los detallitos que hay que afinar en el trabajo que le hicieron a mi vehículo:)!
