★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas tienen muchos fallos de construcción aunque los de posventa intentan arreglarlos lo antes posible, los vendedores te dicen que" la alberca tiene calentador" lo cual no es cierto y normalmente el agua está muy fría, debes checar muy bien todos los detalles ya que luego no se hacen responsables los de garantías.
The houses have many construction failures but the after-sales try to fix them as soon as possible, sellers tell you that "the pool has a heater" which is not true and normally the water is very cold, you should check all the details very well since then the guarantees are not responsible.
