C	Carlos Martínez Chávez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El condominio tiene buena ubicación, está muy cerca de la playa, la vista es muy bonita, es muy seguro, vimos que había cámaras de vigilancia en el exterior del edificio y eso fue muy bueno para nosotras que íbamos sólo 3 mujeres. Es muy tranquilo y tiene ambiente familiar. El internet funciona perfectamente. El condominio está muy amplio y tiene fácil acceso a la playa. Sin embargo, hubo varios inconvenientes durante nuestra estadía de 2 noches: - El condominio en general no estaba muy bien aseado, había arena en las regaderas, sin haberlas utilizado nosotras, así como en los pisos, muebles llenos de polvo y basurita. - El refrigerador olía muchísimo a pescado echado a perder. - Había cucarachas en la cocina. - Camas o sábanas sucias. Una de nosotras tuvo mucha comezón en la piel al acostarse a dormir. - El agua se iba constantemente, no podíamos utilizar los baños, lo cual era indispensable. Una noche no tuvimos agua para nada, tuvimos que salir a las 4:30 de la mañana debido a que no podíamos permanecer más tiempo ahí, ya que no podíamos ni bañarnos o cocinar. - La alberca más grande estaba sucia, tenía el agua verde y no pudimos utilizarla. Pensábamos que al otro día se iba a realizar la limpieza, pero en los 2 días que estuvimos ahí no se limpió. En general, nuestro comentario no va enfocado a ofender su servicio porque realmente obtuvimos buena atención por parte de las personas que trabajan ahí, tiene cosas buenas, pero también tiene cosas que esperemos se tomen en cuenta como dar más mantenimiento a los condominios. No sabemos si así son todos o si sólo tuvimos mala suerte, pero realmente esperábamos, al menos, que estuviera limpio y más en estos momentos donde estamos en medio de una pandemia y donde la limpieza e higiene es indispensable en cualquier lugar. Esperamos que nuestros comentarios sean tomados en cuenta y poder volver a alquilar con ustedes. Muchas gracias. The condo has a good location, it is very close to the beach, the view is very beautiful, it is very safe, we saw that there were surveillance cameras outside the building and that was very good for us that there were only 3 women. It is very quiet and has a family atmosphere. The internet works perfectly. The condo is very spacious and has easy access to the beach. However, there were several drawbacks during our 2 night stay: - The condominium in general was not very well cleaned, there was sand in the showers, without us having used them, as well as on the floors, furniture full of dust and garbage. - The refrigerator smelled very bad of spoiled fish. - There were roaches in the kitchen. - Dirty beds or sheets. One of us had a very itchy skin when lying down to sleep. - The water was constantly running out, we couldn't use the toilets, which was essential. One night we had no water at all, we had to leave at 4:30 in the morning because we could not stay there any longer, since we could not bathe or cook. - The largest pool was dirty, it had green water and we couldn't use it. We thought that the cleaning would be done the next day, but in the 2 days we were there it was not cleaned. In general, our comment is not focused on offending their service because we really got good attention from the people who work there, it has good things, but it also has things that we hope will be taken into account such as giving more maintenance to the condominiums. We do not know if they are all that way or if we just had bad luck, but we really hoped, at least, that it would be clean and more at this time where we are in the middle of a pandemic and where cleanliness and hygiene is essential anywhere. M	Missa Rascon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar....fui en familia pero es ideal para ir tanto en pareja como con amig@s.....único detalle que está en remodelación pero no afecta en lo absoluto y pues como es para mejorar y se nota.....nada malo en eso....asadores en área común de alberca y además asador en el propio departamento, perfectamente bien acondicionado tanto en ac, así como internet, tv....digo es un concepto de condominio no de outdoor y cumple al pie de la letra lo que ofrecen.... simplemente encantado!!! Excellent place... I went as a family but it is ideal to go both as a couple and with friends... the only detail is that it is being remodeled but it does not affect it at all and as it is to improve and it shows... ...nothing wrong with that...grills in the common area of the pool and also a barbecue in the apartment itself, perfectly well conditioned both in ac, as well as internet, tv....I mean it is a condominium concept, not an outdoor one and fulfills to the letter what they offer... simply delighted!
