★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La zona es bonita, es fresco, céntrico, hay bastante agua, pero las casas son muy pequeñas y se calientan bastante en primavera.
Los vecinos se adueñan de espacios públicos y cajones de estacionamiento, bardean no respetando las propiedades ni el límite de su propiedad.
Las casas no son aptas para mascotas, y muchos vecinos tienen, así que hay bastante ruido, así como cuando ponen música fuerte, por ser casas pequeñas, se escucha bastante.
The area is beautiful, it's cool, central, there's plenty of water, but the houses are very small and get quite hot in spring.
The neighbors take over public spaces and parking spaces, fencing without respecting the properties or the limits of their property.
The houses are not suitable for pets, and many neighbors have, so there is a lot of noise, as well as when they play loud music, because they are small houses, you can hear a lot.
