★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar agradable para vivir, tiene espacios públicos como canchas, pistas de patinaje, una laguna, está algo retirado del centro de Toluca pero sí hay trasporte público.
 A pleasant place to live, it has public spaces such as courts, skating rinks, a lagoon, it is somewhat removed from the center of Toluca but there is public transportation.

Urban complex, with good structural design and long-term planning. All services without major problem. Less private with single-story homes, would give greater added value and better quality of life.
