★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construcción que interrumpe la seguridad de Ex hacienda el rosario, solo cambian de razón social para seguir construyendo en zonas "semiprivadas" adueñándose de la seguridad que pagan otras colonias, diciendo que es de ellos, se coluden con autoridades municipales y demandan a personas físicas por alzar la voz y decir la verdad de sus construcciones.
La Colonia está a un costado de un Río que tiene muchas complicaciones de salubridad y de desbordes, así que para pensarse 2 o 3 veces si realmente quieren comprar en esta zona.
