★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia con casas Ponty, nunca hacen un desglose de costos completo, conforme se avanza en el proceso nunca revisan la documentación hasta que surge algún problema y todo se va retrasando muchisimo, si se hace la cancelación nadie vuelve a dar la cara y hay que estar presionando por la devolución del dinero, y al final de todas formas se cobran cosas que no mencionaron previamente. Pésimo profesionalismo es poco decir.
Very bad experience with Ponty houses, they never do a complete breakdown of costs, as the process progresses they never review the documentation until a problem arises and everything is delayed a lot, if the cancellation is made, nobody shows up again and there is to be pressing for the return of the money, and in the end, things are charged that they did not previously mention. Terrible professionalism is an understatement.
