★ ★ ★ ★ ★ contratos unilaterales... si tiene un desperfecto la casa que vas a rentar a fuerzas quieren que tu lo pagues... cuando al final les muestras q es su obligación tardan mucho en enviar a alguien (ah pero eso si, si te pasas del dia de la renta te cobran el 10%) ... muy mal modo en realizar las entrevistas con los avales...
unilateral contracts ... if the house that you are going to rent is damaged, they want you to pay for it ... when at the end you show them that it is their obligation, they take a long time to send someone (ah but yes, if you go over the day of the rent they charge you 10%) ... very bad way in conducting interviews with guarantors ...
