★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues les cuento... el lugar se encuentra a la orilla de un canal de aguas negras al norte, pasando dicho canal hay una colonia muy bonita de antorchitas, al oriente colinda con otra colonia popular muy bonita, no recuerdo el nombre. Al sur colinda con el pueblo de xico nuevo, mero en la esquina hay un motel. al poniente colinda nuevamente con el canal de aguas negras y con tierras de cultivo. La zona tiene carencias como falta de agua, seguridad publica, buenas vialidades(aun no se estrena la unidad y ya hay mucho trafico), escuelas, trabajo ammm pues la neta no esta chido pagar uno o dos millones para un lugar que se va convertir en un tipo villas chalco o portales chalco. otra cosa que me he dado cuenta es que elogian la buena atención de los VENDEDORES, esa es su chamba. Yo me cuestionaría cosas como ubicación, seguridad, etc.

To the south it borders the town of New Mexico, just on the corner there is a motel. to the west it borders again with the sewage canal and with farmland. The area has shortcomings such as lack of water, public security, good roads (the unit has not yet been opened and there is already a lot of traffic), schools, work, um, because the net is not cool to pay one or two million for a place that is going to be converted in a type villas chalco or portals chalco. Another thing that I have realized is that they praise the good attention of the SELLERS, that is their job. I would question things like location, security, etc.
