★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de venta y post venta compre un departamento a la inmobiliaria. La gestión y trámites son una pesadilla la actitud del personal demasiado cerrada. Ante cualquier duda o trámite la respuesta "No" o "No se puede" va por delante. No recomiendo a esta inmobiliaria

Responsable lizeth MIENTE CONSTANTEMENTE PRETEXTOS Y MÁS PRETEXTOS QUE SE ROMPIÓ LA TUBERÍA, AVERIA DE LA BOMBA MANTENIMIENTO DE LA RED HIDRÁULICA Y MÁS DE UN MES SIN AGUA.
LAS AVENIDAS SUCIAS SIN LUZ NO DAN MANTENIMIENTO EL MUNICIPIO NO LO HACE PORQUE ELLOS NO ENTREGAN Y SIGUEN ESTANDO A CARGO.
NO COMPREN PROBLEMAS NO HAY ? AGUA BELLO HORIZONTE UN FRAUDE SIN AGUA

THE DIRTY AVENUES WITHOUT LIGHT DO NOT PROVIDE MAINTENANCE THE MUNICIPALITY DOES NOT DO IT BECAUSE THEY DON'T DELIVER AND ARE STILL IN CHARGE.
DON'T BUY PROBLEMS THERE IS NO ? WATER BELLO HORIZONTE A FRAUD WITHOUT WATER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La constructora en bello horizonte tiene un pozo de agua y te dicen que debido a eso nunca tecfaltara el gua, haces 1 mes nos quedamos sin agua y le mande mensaje a su arquitecta responsable y me dijo que llenará mi tinaco con una pipa, fe manera privada, porque como ya había sido entregada mi privada ellos ya no eran responsables, hoy llevamos 5 semanas sin agua, lss primeras 3 semanas caía de ma era intermitente y llevamos 2 sin nada de agua y Tecnourbe solo dice se rompió una tubería, la.bomba se descompuso, imagínense, este desarrollo es nuevo, que pasará a futuro?

The construction company in Bello Horizonte has a water well and they tell you that because of that the water will never be missing, we ran out of water for a month and I sent a message to the architect in charge and she told me that she will fill my water tank with a pipe, really private, because as my private had already been delivered they were no longer responsible, today we have been 5 weeks without water, the first 3 weeks it fell from ma was intermittent and we have been 2 without any water and Tecnourbe only says a pipe broke, la. pump broke down, imagine, this development is new, what will happen in the future?

Necesitan arreglar este problema con su infraestructura, llevo un año con la casa y ya van varias veces que se rompen las tuberías y mientras las reparan no hay abastecimiento. Necesitan una buena infraestructura y regularizar el pago!!
WE HAVE BEEN 4 WEEKS WITHOUT A DROP OF WATER IN BELLO HORIZONTE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de los vendedores bueno. Llegando a la casa NO HAY AGUA! Venden las propiedades en BELLO HORIZONTE aseguran que porque hay un pozo que abastece el fraccionamiento no habrá problemas. Pues sorpresa llevamos ya un mes sin agua, el alumbrado exterior esta cada vez mas descuidado. Nos dicen que son tuberías luego que la bomba pero investigando bien el. Pozo no es suficientemente capaz de abastecer los fraccionamientos que ya construyeron! Y lo peor es que siguen construyendo casas! OJO CON LO QUE COMPRAS!
