★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is worth the walk. There are 3-4 waterfalls starting from the bottom working your way up the the main waterfall. The walk is about 15-20 minutes. Along the way there are tables that you can use. They do allow you to bring your own food and cook. I saw plenty of families eating and enjoying a swim. At the top of the waterfall there is the option of zip lining back down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great experience, definitely worth a visit. You don't even have to go with a tour operator. Just take the bus from San Cristobal to Comitan (60 MXN) and from there take the colectivo to the waterfalls (30 MXN). Entrance costs 50 MXN. The visit will take you at least 3 hours. And don't forget that from the main viewpoint of the falls you have 3 more viewpoints. Drones are allowed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breathtaking. This is the "half-way up" waterfall. They don't let you swim in this one, but the mist is sure to cool you down before continuing the hike up to the primary waterfall.
