★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La cascada del Popoca es en realidad un resumidero que forma un rio subterráneo. De origen calcáreo, el Popoca es uno de los sótanos más bellos de México y el mundo. Estar en su boca ya es una experiencia extraordinaria. A este sitio acuden muchos espeleólogos de diversos lugares del país pues su acceso es relativamente fácil. En la zona hay lugar para dormir (en tienda de campaña), comer y baño. Cerca hay una caverna de relevante importancia, Totomoxapa, ya que en su interior se hacen rituales y ceremonias. El lugar también cuenta con guias locales que conocen la zona a la perfección.
The Popoca waterfall is actually a drain that forms an underground river. Of limestone origin, the Popoca is one of the most beautiful basements in Mexico and the world. Being in your mouth is already an extraordinary experience. Many cavers from different parts of the country come to this site because its access is relatively easy. In the area there is a place to sleep (in a tent), eat and bathroom. Nearby is a cavern of relevant importance, Totomoxapa, since inside it rituals and ceremonies are held. The place also has local guides who know the area perfectly.
