Pudimos visitar a la cascada y el cañón del caracol en solo un día, con la ayuda de Clemente, el costo por grupo de 9 fueron 650.00 en cada lugargar, un guía es requerido por cuestiones de que ellos tienen botiquín de primeros auxilios y ellos conocen el área muy bien. P	Paty García on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar increíble, el estar allí es fantastico, sin embargo el llegar es lo complicado, yo soy de la CDMX, y pasamos por Cadereyta, de allí partimos a Maconí, el camino es de un aproximado de una hora y media, es una carretera de una vía de ida y una de regreso que pasa por la sierra, por lo tanto vas a encontrar muchas curvas, creo que este recorrido es muy cansado la carretera esta en buen estado, solo las curvas son lo más pesado. Pero ya que llegas a Maconí, bajas unos 10 minutos y encuentras el módulo donde te cobran una cuota muy barata aproximadamente unos $70 pesos por persona, también te asignan un guía el cual te llevará hasta la cascada, te va explicando y te ayuda si necesitas ayuda, su atención es de 10, el mismo guía te lleva de regreso, puedes estar abajo en la cascada el tiempo que tú quieras y el guía te espera y te ayuda a cruzar en el río para colocarte lo más cercano a la cascada. El bajar a la cascada es sobre un camino entre un peñasco es un recorrido un poco cansado de unos 20 minutos a paso constante, pero ya que estás abajo la casca es hermosa, el día que fuimos era un día entre semana y éramos los únicos, toda la cascada era para nosotros nos tomamos fotos desde todos los ángulos. Después de eso la subida es lo más cansado pero puedes ir descansando y admirando el paisaje. Te recomiendo bajar con botas o zapatos o tenis y llevar aparte tus canchas ya que cuando estás abajo y quieres cruzar por el río las piedras lastiman mucho si cruzas descalzo. Lleva una gorra y baja ligero no lleves cosas de más, lleva ropa ligera incluso ropa lista para entrar al río y mojar te. En el camino encuentras tiendas y baño y dicen que en fines de semana que es cuando hay más gente hay venta de comida en la parte de abajo en la cascada. Te recomiendo salir temprano para llegar a Maconí antes del medio día y poder bajar y subir en buen tiempo si es que quieres regresar o salir de Maconí en buen tiempo ya que te recuerdo que el camino es de muchas curvas. El llegar a la cascada es un gran recorrido pero vale la pena, los recuerdos son maravillosos para ti y tu familia. Diviértete!!!
