★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy limpio, con buen trato eficiente, y los doctores... excelentes yo padecía de vértigo y me estaban tratando ahi x cuestión de pandemia, se paro el tratamiento, pero las crisis que me daban a infartarme, pararon, con el docto pedro curiño, internista.. excelente!!!... muy amable, y humano
Very clean, with good efficient treatment, and the doctors ... excellent, I suffered from vertigo and they were treating me there for a pandemic, the treatment was stopped, but the crises that gave me a heart attack, stopped, with Dr. Pedro Curiño , internist .. excellent !!! ... very friendly, and human

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentira que esté abierto!!, está cerrado pues NO HAY SERVICIO!! fui personalmente y agradezcale esto a Claudia Sheinbaum (Según indicaciones del encargado) pues es por sus órdenes que no podemos acceder a servicios de salud tan necesarios!! CASE es SOLO servicios de salud como sus siglas lo dicen la S de salud!!
Lie that it is open !!, It is closed because THERE IS NO SERVICE !! I went personally and thank Claudia Sheinbaum for this (According to the manager's instructions) because it is because of her orders that we cannot access much-needed health services !! CASE is ONLY health services as its acronym says the S of health !!

I am amazed at their attention and formality. For calls they do not always answer but if you go personally to do your things they are very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es lentísimo, hay que ir ese con media hora antes de tu cita, es lo que te tardaría en la recepción solamente. Esperar a que el personal atienda sus asuntos personales, y lleva el cambio justo porque en la caja no hay así sean 20 pesos. Son amables pero ineficientes.
The attention is very slow, you have to go that half an hour before your appointment, it is how long it would take you at the reception only. Wait for the staff to attend to their personal affairs, and bring the change just because in the box there is not even 20 pesos. They are friendly but inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen pagar por adelantado cualquier servicio que pidas me parece abusiva esta practica pues si quieres inscribirte a algún deportivo dentro de la alcaldia no te reciben certificado médico de otro lugar, tiene que ser del CASE o sea negocio redondo!!!!!
They make you pay in advance for any service you ask for, this practice seems abusive to me because if you want to sign up for a sports event within the mayor's office they don't receive a medical certificate from another place, it has to be from the CASE or it's a good deal!!!!!
