Recibimos un mueble la semana pasada y después de varios días, nadie en la tienda de Guadalajara nos puede dar una respuesta respecto al instructivo para poder armar el mueble. En verdad es frustrante trabajar con Compañías así y las vendedoras no resuelven nada.
Despite the fact that the furniture is very nice. The after-sales service they offer leaves much to be desired. We received a piece of furniture last week and after several days, nobody in the Guadalajara store can give us an answer regarding the instructions to be able to assemble the piece of furniture. It is really frustrating to work with companies like this and the salespeople do not solve anything.
